i1 Media, LLC is an entertainment company representing artists and content. It manages, acquires, produces, and licenses film and music products as well as the creative forces behind them. With extensive experience in multimedia entertainment transactions, as a party and on behalf of accomplished and successful clients, i1 Media continues to expand its resources and reach through selective partnerships and effective management of entertainment properties.

i1 Media was established in 2006 by Darrin Holender, an entertainment lawyer with management and production experience. Holender is a producer on Sorority Row (Summit Entertainment/Karz Entertainment 2009) and RiseUp (2010), an award-winning documentary about the underground music scene in Jamaica. In addition, i1 Media continues to represent artists, whose credits include: The Beatles LOVE album, Lay Down Sally, Flashdance…What a Feeling, Fame, Stay (With Me), Tupac Shakur’s first recordings, etc.
